       West eighty two Perches to a bounded Chesnutt then North West two hundred
       and four Perches to the End of the Second Course of Richard Gassaways
       Part then reverse of said Course South twenty three Deg.s East one
       Hundred and Seventy one Perches Still with Richard Gassaways Part South
       forty three Deg.s West Eighty five Perches to the Begining of said Richard
       Gassaways Part then South thirty three deg.s East Sixty Six Perches to the
       Giving Line of the whole Tract then by a Streight Line to the begining
       Containing and Laid out for one hundred Acres more or Less

       This Indenture Made the third day of February in the year of
       Our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty Nine Between Archibald Orme
       of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of the One Part and
       Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer of the City of Annapolis in said Province
       of the Other Part Witnesseth that the said Archibald Orme for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred and Seventy two Pounds
       Current Money of the Province aforesaid to him in hand Paid by the
       said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer the receipt whereof the said Archibald
