(51) fully and at Large appear And Whereas a Certain Edward, William and Henry Digges who are the sons of the said John Digges deceased have by their Deed of Bargain and Sale bearing Date on or about the third Day of April seventeen hundred & sixty three for a Valuable Consideration in the said Deed mentioned Bargained Sold Conveyed and made over to a certain Richard M.cCallister of Baltimore County planter part of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Diggs's Choice containing Two hundred and Forty one Acres of Land & included in certain Meets and Bounds in the said Deed recited as by the said Deed now remaining on Record in Lib.r B N.o L folio 62, 63 & 64 one of the Baltimore County Land Records Reference being thereunto had may fully appear Now know Ye That I the said Charles Carroll for the Consideration of five Shillings Sterling to me in Hand paid by the said Richard M.cCallister the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and for Divers other good just and reasonable causes and considerations me thereunto moving have remised, Released and Quit Claim and for me and my Heirs forever Quit Claimed unto the said Richard M.cCallister his Heirs and Assigns all my Right Title Interest Claim and Demand which I now have in the aforesaid part of the Land aforesaid with the premises or any part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances so that neither I the said Charles Carroll nor my Heirs nor any other by or in any name any Right Title Interest or Claim in the aforesaid part of a Tract of Land or any of the premises nor in any part or parcell thereof from henceforth may require claime or challenge but from all action of Right Title or Claim may all be utterly barred and excluded by these presents And I the said Charles Carroll and my Heirs the said Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and all and Singular the premisses and every part and parcell thereof to the said Richard M.cCallister his heirs and assigns against me the said Charles Carroll and my Heirs will warrant and forever by these presents defend In Witness whereof I the said Charles Carroll have hereunto set my Hand and Affixed my seal this Thirty first Day of October in the (year) |
