       Hundred forty Nine Acres and half Acre of Land together with all and Singular the houses
       Outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways Waters Easements Profits Comodities and
       Appurtinances Whatsoever to the said Land hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or
       Meant Mentioned and Intended so to be Belonging or in any Wise Appertaining And
       also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and services
       of the said Land hearby Bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned or intended
       so to be and of Every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Intrest
       Use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said William Brown
       of into and out of the same Land heareby granted Bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned
       and intended so to be and Premisses with the Appurtinances and of into and
       Out of Every Part and Parcel thereof To Have and to Hold the said Land herein
       and hereby granted Bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned and intended so
       to be and Premisses with the Appurtinances and every Part and Parcel thereof unto
       him the said Jonathan Selman his Heirs and Assign to the Only Proper Use and
       Behoofe of him the said Jonathan Selman his Heirs and Assign forever and to
       and for no Other Use intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the said William Brown
       for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the
       said Jonathan Selman his Heirs and Assigns in Manner and form following
       that is to say that he the said William Brown and his Heirs and all and Every
       Other Person and Persons and his and their Heirs aneything having or Claiming in
       the said Land hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or Meant and intended so to be
       and Premisses with the Appurtinances by from or Under him the said William Brown
       Shall and will at all times hereafter at the reasonable request Proper Cost and Charges
       of him the said Jonathan Selman his heirs or Assigns Make do Execute and Acknowledge
       or Cause or Procured to be Made done Executed and Acknowledged all and Every
       Such further and Other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts Deed and Deeds thing
       and things Devises Conveyances and Assurances in the Law Whatsoever for the further
       and better and More Perfect Granting and Assuring the said Land hereby granted
       Bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned                  or intended so to be and Premisses
       with the Appurtenances and Every Part and Parcel thereof unto him the said Jonathan
       Selman his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Jonathan Selman his Heirs or Assigns
       or his or their Counsel Learned in the Law Shall reasonably devise or advised
       or required  And that he the said William Brown and his Heirs the said Land
       hereby granted Bargained and Sold and the Premisses with the Appurtenances and
       every Part and Parcel thereof unto him the said Jonathan Selman his Heirs and
       Assigns against him the said William Brown and his Heirs and ^a^gainst All
       Manner of Person or Persons Claiming from or Under him he will Warrant and for
       Ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and year
