       Received the 31.st of October 1765 of William Wilson twenty shillings and seven pence
       sterling for the use of Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Land and by virtue of a commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships
       Agent and Receiver General

Examined
          This Indenture made this thirty first day of October One Thousand
       seven hundred & sixty five Between Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis
       Esquire of the one part & Caspar Rineker of Baltimore County Farmer
       on the other part Witnesseth that whereas Edward Digges William
       Digges & Heny Daniel Digges, sons of John Digges Deceased Have by
       Indenture bearing Date herewith convey'd to Casper Rinekar in consideration
       of ninety pounds current money of Pensilvania part
       of a tract of Land called Digges's Choice situate & Lying in Baltimore
       County but formerly in Prince Georges containing one hundred
       and seventy acres of Land more or Less And whereas the said
       Land is under Mortgage to Charles Carroll Esquire party to these
       presents and whereas the said sum of Ninety pounds current money
       of Pensilvania hath been paid by the said Digges's & Rinekar to
       the said Charles Carroll Esq.r  Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Charles Carroll for and in consideration of the further
       Sum of Five Shillings currency to him in hand paid the Receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth Acquit &
       Discharge the said Rinekar his Executors & Administrators hath  
       as he doth by these presents Release all his Right Title Claim or
       Demand of in or into the said one hundred & twenty acres of
       Land called Digges's Choice to have and to hold the said One hundred
       & twenty acres of Land called Digges Choice unto the said Casper
       Rinekar his heirs & assigns forever and the said Charles Carroll
       doth covenant to and with the said Casper Rinekar his Heirs
       & Assigns the aforesaid one hundred & twenty Acres of Land called
       Digges's Choice to warrant & for ever Defend to the said Casper
       Rinekar his heirs & assigns against all persons claiming
       or to claim any Right thereto from by or under the said
