       things conveyances or assurances in the Law whatsoever at the
       Reasonable Request cost and charges of him the s.d William Willson
       his Heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs or Assigns such as he the said William
       Willson his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in
       the Law Shall Reasonably Advise Devise or Require for the
       farther better and more perfect sure making and conveying
       the hereby before granted and Bargained Premisses with the
       appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto him the
       said William Willson his heirs and assigns for ever In
       Witness whereof the said Joseph Willson hath to these presents
       set his hands and affixed his seal the day and year first
       above Written
       Signd Sealed & Delivered
          In teh Presence of                        Joseph Willson  (Seal)

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t
      
       Receiv.d of William Willson this twenty eight Day of October Anno Domini
       one Thousand seven hundred & Sixty five the sum of four hundred and
       thirty Pounds thirteen Shilling Sterling it being the consideration money
       for the within Land and Premisses I say Received by me

       Frederick County fs.t  The 28.th day of October 1765  Then came the within
       named Joseph Wilson and Elizabeth his wife before us Two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County afores.d and Acknowledged
       the Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances within mentioned  
       to be the Estate of the within Named William Willson his heirs &
       Assigns for Ever Agreeable to teh Act of Assembly in such cases made
       and Provided And the said Elizabeth being by us privately Examined
       out of the hearing of her said Husband did Declare that She
       Made the above acknowledgement willingly and Freely without
       being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or Ill Usage by her
       said Husband or fear of his Displeasure acknowledged before us
