(480) or any wise appurtaining to belong To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land called Halls Addition and Premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances to the said George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Hall for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said George Everhart his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns that he the said John Hall and his Heirs the said Bargained and Sold Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said George Everhart and his Heirs and Assigns against all persons Claiming the same by from or under him the said John Hall and his Heirs and all other Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for ever defend hereafter by these Presents and the said John Hall for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth hereby further covenant promise and agree to and with the said George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Hall and his Heirs shall and will at any Time hereafter at the reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns make execute or cause to be made and executed any further lawful Act Deed Conveyance and Assurance whatsoever for the further and better Conveying and Assuring the hereafter Bargained and sold Land and premisses unto the said George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns be it by Acknowledgment or Inrollment or by any other ways and Means as by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonable Advised or Required In Witness whereof the said John Hall hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us John Hall (seal) Tho Price Joseph Gaither On the Back of which Deed was thus Endorsed to wit Received the Day and Year first within Written of the within Named George Everhart the sum of sixteen pounds being the Consideration Money within mentioned Test Tho Price Joseph Gaither I say receiv'd P John Hall On the second Day of November 1768 came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Frederick County John Hall partie to the within Deed and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within Named George Everhart his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Deed Acknowledged before Tho Price W.m Luckett I have received the sum of eight pence half penny Ster.g for an Alienation Fine on the within Land November 23.d 1768 Bennet Allen Recorded the 24.th Day of November 1768 |
