Examd
           This Indenture Made this twelv.th Day of September in the Year of our Lord God
       one thousand seven hundred & sixty eight Between Robert Beall son of Ninian of Fred.r
       County of the one part and Henry Child of Anar.d County of the other part Witnesseth that
       the said Robert Beall for & in consideration of the sum of twenty Pound Current Money
       of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Henry Child the Receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged and thereoff and therefrom doth by presents Acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Henry Child his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs hath Granted Bargained
       and sold and he the said Robert Beall for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth by these presents Grant Bargain Sell and Deliver unto him the said Henry Child
       his Heirs & Ex.rs Admin.rs and Assigns part of a Tract of Land being in Fred.r Cou.ty
       Begining at the End of the tenth line of the Resurvey of of part of Thompsons Pasture
       runing thence South twenty six West one hundred & fifty Perches South forty eight West
       sixty Perches South twenty one East ten Perches East ten Perches North forty eight
       East sixty Perches North eighty Degre.s East twenty Perches South seventy Degrees
       East forty four Perches North thirty six East one hundred and twenty three Perches
       then to the Begining containing and laid of for Seventy nine Acres and a half of Land
       more or less with all and singular the Houses Building.s Emprovements & Advantages
       belonging or any ways appertaining to the said seventy nine Acres & a half of Land and
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim Property or Demand whatsoever in & to or
       out of the same To have and to hold the said seventy nine Acres & a half of Land and
       Appurtenances to him the said Henry Child his Heirs & Assigns for ever And further
       the said Robert Beall for himself & his heirs doth by these Presents Covenant with the
       said Henry Child his Heirs Exec.rs Admin.rs & Assigns that he the said Robert Beall
       and his Heirs shaall for ever Warrant and Defend the said seventy nine Acres & a
       half of Land and Appurtenances to him the said Henry Child his Heirs & Assigns
       against all persons Claiming by or under any of them In Witness whereof he the said
       Robert Beall hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered

                                                 On the Back of which Deed was thus Endorsed (to wit)

       Septem.r the 12.th Day 1768 Came Robert Beall son of Ninian before us two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Fred.r Cou.ty and Acknowledged the within
       mentioned Land and Premisses to be the Right and Proper Estate of Henry Child
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and according to the Directions of an Act of Assembly
       And at the same Time Hanah Wife of Robert Beall being by us Privately Examined
       out of hereing of hur husband she did acknowledg hur Right of Dower to be the
       Right and proper Estate of Henry Child his Heirs and Assign.s forever and Declared
