       that the s.d Joseph Willson for and in consideration of the sum above mentioned
       Hath granted Bargained Sold Alien'd Enfeoffed convey'd and confirm'd
       and by these presents doth fully and absolutely Grant Bargain sell
       alien Enfeoff convey and confirm unto him the s.d Will.m Willson his heirs
       and assigns all that afores.d Tract or Parcell of Land with all Rights
       Profits Benefits Priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever thereto
       Belonging or in any wise appertaining and also all Deeds Escripts and
       Writings Touching and concerning the Premisses only To have and to
       Hold the same unto him the said William Willson his heirs and
       assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the s.d William
       Willson his heirs executor.s adm.rs and assigns for ever and to none
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the s.d Joseph Willson
       for himself his heirs execut.rs and adm.rs doth Covenant and Grant
       to and with the s.d William Willson his heirs exect.rs adm.rs and
       assigns that he the afores.d parcell of Land premises and appurtenances
       and every part and parcell thereof is free and clear and freely and
       clearly Acquited and Discharged of and from all manner of former and other
       Gifts, Grants Bargains Sales Mortgages Dowers and Titles of Dowers
       Rents and Arrearages of Rents and all other Incumberances of what Nature
       or Kind soever (the Rents and Services hereafter to grow due and payable
       to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees by whom the premises are
       holden only excepted and foreprized) And that he hath in himself
       good Right full power and Lawfull authority to Grant Bargain Sell
       and Assure the same in manner & form aforesaid and the s.d Joseph
       Willson for himself his heirs execut.rs and adm.rs doth hereby farther
       Covenant and Grant to and with the s.d William Willson his heirs and
       assigns that he the s.d Joseph Wilson his heirs execut.rs adm.rs and assigns
       The afores.d Land and Premisses Before by these presents Bargained
       and Sold, with the Appurtenances and every part and Parcell thereof
       shall and will from time to time and at all Times forever hereafter
       Warrant and Defend, of from and against all and all manner of Person or
       Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any RIght Title or Interest therein
       or thereto unto him the said William Willson his heirs and assigns forever
       And Lastly that he the s.d Joseph Wilson shall and will at any Time
       hereafter make do acknowledge and execute or cause to be made, done
       acknowledged and executed, any farther or other act or acts thing or
