       then North thirty five and a half Degrees East ten Perches to the End of
       seventy two and a half Perches on the second Line of the following Tract
       then with said Line South ten Degrees East twenty seven and a half Perches
       then South twenty nine Degrees West sixty Perches and then with a
       Streight line to the Beginning Spanish Oak containing and now laid
       out for twenty five Acres be the same more or less Likewise part of another
       Tract called Halls Addition lying and being on the Line between Frederick
       and Baltimore County's on the Fork of Great Pipe Creek Adjoyning said
       Halls Range Beginning at the Beginning Tree of said Land and runing
       North fifty four Degrees East fifty six Perches then South eighty Degrees
       East thirty two Perches then North twenty Degrees west forty five Perches
       then North sixty three Degrees East forty three Perches then North forty three
       Degrees West twenty and a half Perches then South fifty five Degrees West
       one hundred and twenty seven perches and then with a streight line to the
       Beginning of said Tract containing and now laid out for twenty six Acres
       be the same more or less Together with all and singular the Appurtenances
       and Buildings whatsoever thereunto belonging or any wise Appertaining
       to belong To have and to hold the said Tracts or parcels of Land called Halls
       Range and Halls Addition and premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances to
       the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof
       of him the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other Use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said John Hall for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the
       said Christian Bower his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns that
       he the said John Hall and his Heirs the said Bargained and sold Lands and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Christian Bower and his Heirs
       and Assigns against all persons claiming the same by from or under him the said
       John Hall and his Heirs and all other Persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
       and for ever hereafter defend by these presents and the said John Hall for himself
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth hereby further Covenant
       promise and Agree to and with the said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said John Hall and his Heirs shall and will at any Time hereafter
       at the reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the
       said Christian Bower his Heirs and Assigns make Execute or cause to be
       made and executed any further lawful Act Deed Conveyance and Assurance
       whatsoever for the further and better Conveying and Assuring the hereafter
       Bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses unto the said Christian Bower
       his Heirs and Assigns be it by Acknowledgment or Inrollment or by any
