       make execute or cause to be made and executed any further lawful Act Deed
       Conveyance and Assurance whatsoever for the further and better Conveying and Assuring
       the hereafter Bargained and sold Land and Premisses unto the said Joseph Mathias
       his Heirs and Assigns be it by Acknowledgment Inrollment or by any other ways and
       means as by his and their Council learned in the Law shall be Reasonable advised or
       required  In Witness whereof the said John Hall hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal
       the Day and Year above Written

       Justices of the Peace for Frederick County John Hall partie to the within Deed
       and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named Joseph Mathias his Heirs and
       Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said Deed

       I have Rec.d the sum of one shilling ster.g for Alienation Fine on the within Land

          This Indenture made the second Day of November in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and sixty eight Between John Hall of Beadford County
       in the Colony of Virginia Farmer of the one part and Christian Bower Saw
       Miller of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said John Hall for and in Consideration of the sum of sixty five pounds to
       him in hand pair or secured to be paid by the said Christian Bower the receipt whereof
       the said John Hall doth acknowledge and thereof doth Acquit and Discharge the
       said Christian Bower his Executors and Administrators hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Christian Bower his
       Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Halls Range lying
       and being on the Line between Frederick and Baltimore County's on the Fork of
       Great Pipe Creek Beginning at a Bounded Spanish Oak being the Beginning
       Tree of said Tract and runing North eighty nine Degrees East ninety five Perches
