(473) said William Hall his Heirs Exrs Administrators or Assigns hath given granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said William hall his Heirs and Assigns forever All such part of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Ives Town that lies to the Northward of a Tract of land belonging to the said Susanna Heath called Goldsmiths Rest and that lies Clear of the said Tract of Land commonly Estimated to be twenty six Acres be the same more or less with the Appurtenances to the said parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold all the said mentioned Bargained parcel of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns to the use of the said William Hall his Heirs his heirs and Assigns forever And the said Susannah Heath for herself her Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns that she the said Susannah Heath is Seized of an Estate in Fee Simple of and in the said mentioned bargained parcel of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and now hath good Right to sell the same as aforesaid and that the said mentioned parcel of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances is Clear of and from all Incumbrances whatsoever by her the said Susannah Heath done and committed and that the said Susannah Heath her Heirs Exrs and Administrators will Warrant and Defend the same mentioned parcel of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns from all and every person whatsoever Claiming Right and property therein by from or under her the said Susannah Heath or her Heirs And lastly that she the said Susannah Heath and her Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at the Reasonable Request of the said William hall his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Councell Learned in the Law make doe and execute or cause to be made done and executed any other or farther Deed Conveyance or Assurance as may be reasonably required or Advised for the more sure making Conveying and Assuring all the Right and Estate of the said Susanna Heath of and in the said Lands and Premisses unto the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof the said Susannah Heath hath hereunto sett her Hand and affixed her seal the Day and Year aforesaid Signed Sealed and Delivered Susannah Heath (seal) in presence off James Mathews John Harris On the Back of which Deed was thus Endorsed (to wit) Received of William Hall the within sum of fifty two Pounds Current Money the full Consideration Money within exprest for the within Bargained Land and premisses as Witness my Hand & seal this twenty third Day of September Anno Dom seventeen hundred and sixty eight Susannah Heath (seal) Witness John Harris James Mathews (Be) |
