(442) x.d This Indenture made this Twenty Second day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred Sixty and Six Between James Frye of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter on the one Part and Thomas Allein of the same County and Province Planter on the other Part Witnesseth that the said James Frye for and in Consideration of the same of one hundred and four Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Allein before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Recept Whereof he the said James Frye Doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith fully Satisfied Contented and Paid hath Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirm'd and by these Presents Doe Bargain Sell Allein Enfeooff and confirm unto him the said Thomas Allein his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in the County aforesaid where the said Frye now Dwells called Fryes Friends Good Will Enlarged Containing and laid out for two hundred Thirty and five Acres more or Less Together with all Appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise Appurtaining and all Patterns Deeds Writeings and Evidences Touching the same or any Part thereof To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Allein his heirs and Assignes forever and the said James Frye for himself his Heirs Exec.rs and Administrators Doth hereby Promis Covenant agree to and with the said Thomas Allein his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of them by these Presents that he the said James Frye the above said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Allein his Heirs and assigns against him the said James Frye his heirs & Assigns and all other Persons Whatsoever will Warrant and forever hereafter Defend and the said James Frye doth for himself his heirs Exec.rs and Administrators further agree to and with the said Thomas Allein his heirs or Assigns that he the said James Frye his heirs Exec.rs or Administrators shall and will at any time hereafter Execute any other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances at the Cost of the said Thomas Allein his heirs or Assigns as by their Council Learn'd in the Law shall Reasonably devise or advise & require for the More Effectual and sure makeing over the aforesaid Land and every part and Parcel thereof In Witness Whereof the said James Frye hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the Day & year Above Written Sealed Signed & Delivered James Fry (Seal) in the Presence off Jos.a Beall Chrn.r Lowndes On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit the 22.d November 1766 then Received of Thomas Allein the Sume of one hundred & five Pounds Sterling it being the Consideration of the within Deed Witness James Fry Jos.a Beall Chrn.r Lowndes Prince |
