       Ninety three perches on the Tenth Line of a Tract of Land called
       Allison's Park lying on Wats Branch and runing thence north
       fifty three Degrees East one hundred and two perches then north
       seventy eight degrees East sixty Perches then North thirty three
       Degrees east fifty four Perches then North ten Degrees East thirty
       one Perches then south Seventy four degrees East Twenty Perches
       then south Ten degrees west fourty Three Perches then south thirty three
       Degrees West fourty five Perches then south sixty three degrees West
       fifty four Perches ten south fourty one degrees west twenty Perches
       south twenty seven degrees west twenty Perches south fifty three
       degrees west fifty five Perches then by streight line to the Beginning
       Containing and laid out for fifty acres of Land more or less Now
       This Indenture therefore Witnesseh that the said Lawrance
       Oneall for and in consideration of the sum above mentioned Hath
       granted Bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed conveyed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth fully and absolutely Grant Bargain sell
       Alion Enfeoff Convey and Confirm unto him the said William Wilson
       his heirs and Assigns all that afores.d Tract or Parcell of Land with
       all Rights Profits Benefits Previledges and Appurtinences whatsoever
       thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and allso all
       Deed Escripts & Wrightings Touching and Concerning the premisses
       only To have and to hold the same unto him the said William
       Wilson his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and Behoof
       of him the said William Willson his heirs execut.rs adm.rs and assigns
       for ever, and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever and
       the s.d Lawrance Oneall for himself his heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs
       doth Covenant and Grant to and with the s.d William Wilson
       his Heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs and Assigns that the afores.d Parcell
       of Land Premisses and Appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof is free & clear and freely and clearly acquited and Discharged
       of and from all manner of former and other Gifts, grants, Bargains
       Sales Mortgages Dowers and Titles of Dowers, Rents and Arrearages
       of Rents, and all other incumbrances of what nature or kind soever
       (the Rents and services hereafter to grow due and payable to the
       Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees by whom the premisses are
