       holden only excepted and fore prized) and that he hath in
       himself good Right full power and Lawfull Authority, to Grant
       Bargain, sell and assure the same in manner and form
       aforesaid  And the said Lawrance Oneall for himsell his heirs
       Executors and Adm.rs doth hereby further Covenant and Grant
       to and with the said William Willson his heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Laurance Oneall his heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs
       and Assigns the afores.d Land and premisses Before by these
       presents Bargained and sold, with the appurtenances and
       every part and parcell thereof shall and will from time to time
       and at all times for ever hereafter warrant and Defend, of from and
       Against all and all manner of person or persons whatsoever
       claiming any Right Title or Interest therein or thereto unto him
       the said William Willson his heirs and assigns for Ever And
       Lastly that he the s.d Lawrance Oneall shall and will at any time
       hereafter make do acknowledge and execute or to be made, done
       acknowledged and executed, any farther or other act or acts thing
       or things conveyances or assureances in the Law whatsoever at
       the Reasonable Request and Charges of him the said William
       Wilson his heirs or assigns such as he the said William Willson
       his heirs or assigns or his or their council Learned in the Law
       ^shall^ Reasonably Advise devise or Require for the fa^r^ther better and more perfect
       sure making and conveying the hereby Before granted and Bargained
       Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof
       unto him the s.d William Wilson his heirs and assigns forever
       In Witness whereof the said Lawrance Oneall hath to these
       presents set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year
       first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in presence of                                       Laurance Oneall (seal)

          Kesey Gittings

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

       Received of William Willson this twenty Eight Day of October
