       Premisses free & clear of and from every Incumbrance and charge whatsoever
       And the said Thomas Gordon doth farther Covenant and agree to and with the
       said Richard Henderson That he the said Thomas Gordon his heirs Executors and
       Administrators all the Lands and Premisses aforesaid unto the said Richard Henderson
       his heirs and Assigns against all and every Person and Persons whatsoever shall and will
       for ever hereafter well and Truly Warrant and Defend   Provided Nevertheless that
       if the said Thomas Gordon his heirs Executors or Administratiors shall well and truly pay &
       satisfy unto the said Richard Henderson his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or
       Assigns the said Sum of One hundred and Seventy five pounds thirteen Shillings current money
       with Legal Interest for the same from the date hereof on or before the first day of May
       which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Seventy then this
       Deed shall be Null and void as if the same had never been made or Executed and the
       said Thomas Gordon shall be again Seezed in Fee and possessed of the Lands and premisses
       aforesaid But if default shall be made in the payment of the said Sum of One hundred &
       Seventy five pounds thirteen Shillings Current Money with Legal Interest as aforesaid on or
       before the said first day of May which shall be in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred
       and Seventy then the said Thomas Gordon doth hereby Constitute and Appoint and in his
       Place and stead doth put the said Richard Henderson and his Assigns the true &
       Lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Irrevocable of him the said Thomas Gordon to sell and
       dispose of all the said Mortgaged Lands and Premisses by Publick sale to the Highest
       Bidder and the Money arising from such sale to Apply to the Payment of the said
       Sum of Money within Legal Interest as aforesaid  Rendering to the said Thomas Gordon
       his Executors Administrators or Assigns the over pluss arising from such sale if any
       there shall be Hereby Ratifying and Confirming all and whatsoever his said
       Attorney or his Assigns shall do or cause to be done in the Premisses as fully and
       Amply to all intents and purposes as though the said Thomas Gordon was personally
       present doing the Same And the said Thomas Gordon for himself and his heirs
       doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Richard Henderson that he the
       said Thomas Gordon and his heirs shall and will make over assure and convey
       the aforesaid Lands and Premisses with a General warrantee to such Person or
       Persons who shall become the Purchaser or Purchasers by bidding most for the said
       Lands and Premisses at such Publick sale when thereunto required by such
       Purchaser or Purchasers  And the said Thomas Gordon doth further
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said Richard Henderson that in
       case the money which shall or may arise from the Sale aforesaid shall fall
       short of the sum of money and Interest aforesaid that then and in such case
       the said Thomas Gordon his heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will well
       and truly Pay and Satisfy unto the said Richard Henderson his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns or his Attorney such sum of money as the sum which
