(424) Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards ways woods underwoods waters water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said part of the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or in any wise Appertaining And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of the same And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the sid Evan Shelby of in and to the same To have and to hold one undivided moiety of the said five hundred and ninety four Acres of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Lancellot Jacques his heirs & Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Lancellot Jacques his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And to have and to hold the other undivided Moiety of the said five hundred & ninety four Acres of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Johnson jun.r his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Johnson jun.r his heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Evan Shelby for himself and his heirs doth hereby covenant and grant to & with the said Lancelot Jacques and Thomas Johnson jun.r their Heirs and Assigns that the said Evan Shelby and his heirs the said five hundred and ninety four Acres of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances in undivided moiety as aforesaid to them the said Lancellot Jacques and Thomas Johnson jun.r their heirs and Assigns against him the said Evan Shelby and his heirs and all persons claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter defend In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Affixed their Seals the day and year first above written Evan Shelby (Seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of John Denton Jos.a Johnson On the Back of Aforegoing Feoffment was thus Endorsed to wit Reced on the day and year first within written of and from the within named Lancellot Jacques and Thomas Johnson Jun.r ten Shillings Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned to be paid to me by them witness John Denton, Jos.a Johnson Evan Shelby On the 27.th Day of April 1765 the within named Evan Shelby full and peaceable Possession and Seisin of the part of the Tract of Land within mentioned to be conveyed with its Appurtenances delivered over unto the within named Lancellot Jacques & Thomas Johnson Jun.r by delivery of Turf and Twigg upon the same Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid To hold one undivided moiety of the same part of the Tract of Land aforesaid & premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Lancellot Jacques his heirs |
