             This Indenture made this thirtyeth day of June in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty eight Between Moses Meeke of Ann arundel County Planter
       of the one part and Aaron Meeke of the said County and Province of Maryland Planter of
       the other part Witnesseth that the said Moses Meeke for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Twenty pounds Current money to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Aaron Meeke
       the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied contented
       and paid Hath given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents
       Doth give grant bargain Sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Aaron
       Meeke his heirs and Assigns forever All that moiety or one half part of a certain Tract or
       parcell of Land lying scituate and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid and heretofore
       on or about the first day of May in the Year of our Lord sixteen hundred and Seventy two
       Surveyed and Patented to a certain Guy Meeke by the Name of Guy's will containing
       one hundred Acres more or Less which said moiety or fifty Acres part of the above
       mentioned Tract is now in the Possession of the said Aaron Meeke Together with all
       and Singular the buildings and Improvements on the said fifty Acres of Land belonging
       or in any wise Appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim Property
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Moses Meeke of in and unto the said fifty Acres
       of Land and every or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold all and
       Singular the said Premisses hereby Bargained sold released and Confirmed or mentioned
       or Intended so to be and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Aaron Meeke his heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and
       Behoof of him the said Aron Meeke his heirs and Assigns forever  And the said Moses
       Meeke for himself his heirs and Assigns and every of them Doth Covenant Promise and
       Agree to and with the said Aaron Meeke his heirs and Assigns and to and with every
       of them by these presents that he the said Aaron Meeke and his heirs shall and lawfully
       may from time to time and at all times forever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold
       use Occupy ^Possess^ and enjoy all & Singular the said Premises hereby bargined sold released &
       confirmed or mentioned or Intended so to be and every part and parcel thereof with their
       and every of their Appurtenances without any Let Suit Trouble Eviction Ejection Interruption
       or molestation whatsoever of him the said Moses Meeke his heirs or Assigns or
