       This Indenture Made this fourteenth day of April in the Year seventeen
       hundred and Sixty Eight Between Lettice Thomson of Prince Georges County in
       the Province of Maryland widow of the one part and John lee brother of the said Lettice
       of the Colony of Virginia Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said
       Lettice Thomson for and in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred and forty
       two pounds Seventeen Shillings and two pence Sterling Money to her now in hand
       paid by the said John Lee the receipt whereof the said lettice Thomson doth hereby
       Acknowledge and therefrom acquit and discharge the said John Lee his heirs
       Executors and Administrators and every of them by these presents Hath given
       granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by
       these presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm
       unto him the said John Lee his heirs and Assigns  All that undivided Moiety
       or half part of a tract or parcell of Land called The Addition lying and
       being in Frederick County in the province of Maryland and Containing in the
       whole tract five hundred and Seventy Six Acres more or less originally taken up
       by a certain Richard Lee Together with all and Singular the houses outhouses
       Edifices Buildings Gardens ways waters water Courses Commodities priviledges
       Advantages Premisses and Appurtenances to the same undivided moiety of
       the tract or parcell of Land aforesaid belonging or Appurtaining  And the
       reversion and reversions remainder and reminders Rents Issues and Profits thereof
       and of every part and parcell thereof  And also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust Profitt Property Claim and demand whatsoever of her the said Lettice
       Thomson of in and to the same undivided moiety of the tract or parcell of Land
       aforesaid and Premisses with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the
       said undivided moiety of the tract or parcell of Land afs.d and every part and
       parcell thereof and Premisses with Appurtenances to him the said John Lee his
       Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoofe of the said John Lee
       his heirs and Assigns for ever Provided always and Upon Condition that if the
       said Lettice Thomson her heirs Executors or Administrators do and shall well &
       truly pat or cause to be paid to him the said John Lee his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Sum of three hundred and forty two
       pounds seventeen Shillings and two pence Sterling at or upon the first day of
       June next Ensuing the date hereof with lawfull Interest for the Same then this
       Indenture and every Clause therein to be void and of no Effect otherwise to be &
       remain in full force and Virtue  And the said Lettice Thompson for herself her
       heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant Promise and
       Agree to and with the said John lee his heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns in manner and form following that is to say That she the said Lettice
       Thomson her heirs Executors And Administrators shall and will well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid to him the said John lee his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
