       South Side of a Piney Branch & running thence East One hundred and forty Eight Perches south
       ten Degrees East forty eight Perches South nineteen degrees West twenty three Perches North Seventy
       degrees west twenty eight Perches South Twenty degrees west Forty Perches west Sixty four Perches
       North forty four degrees west Sixty Eight Perches North Twenty degrees west Sixty Perches and
       thence with a Straight Line to the Beginning Tree Containing Seventy five Acres more or Less
       together with all and Singular the Rents Issues & Profitts Priviledges Emoluments Woods Conveniencies
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or Parcell of Land Belonging or in any ways Apurtaining
       To have & To hold the said Land and Premisses to him the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs &
       Assigns for Ever to his or their only Proper use and Behoof and to no other use or Intent whatsoever
       and the said John Bradford for himself his heirs Executors Administrators And Assigns Doth
       Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs and Assigns Shall and may forever hereafter have hold Occupy and
       enjoy all and Singular the Land and Premises to him the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs and Assigns
       without any Let suit trouble Disturbance or Interruption of him the said John Bradford his heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns or of any other Person or Persons whatsoever and the said John
       Bradford the said Tracts or Parcell of Land and Premisses ^unto the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs and Assigns^ Shall and will for Ever hereafter by virtue
       of these Presents against the said John Bradford his heirs and Assign and against all and every
       person or persons whatsoever Warrant and Defend & further the said John Bradford doth
       Covenant and agree to and with the said Hugh Tomlinson that he the said John Bradford
       Shall and will at any time hereafter for himself his heirs or Assigns make do suffer any further
       Act or Deed which the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council
       Learned in the Law shall devize advize or require In Witness whereof the Party first
       to these Presents hath Sett his hand and Seal the Day and Year above written

          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t
      
          Dec.r 19.th 1767  Then Red of Hugh Tomlinson the sum of five Shillings Sterling Being the
       Consideration Money within Expressed as Witness my hand
          Testis   J Hepburn                                                                                    Jn.o Bradford

          Mary.d fs.t   Dec.r 19.th 1767  Then Came the within mentioned John Bradford Party to the
       said Deed Before me one of his Lordships Justices of the prov.l Court and Acknowledged
       the within Deed according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made
       & Provided                                       taken before & certified by            J Hepburn
                      Recorded the 15.th day of June 1768

       Gaither of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland planter, For Divers Good Causes and
       Considerations him moving, hath Remised Released and for Ever quit Claimed and by
       these presents for himself and his heirs Doth Fulley Clearley and absoluteley Remise Releas and
       for Ever quit Claim unto John gaither of Annarndell County in the Provense aforsaid in his full
