(414) and peasabell possession and seizing and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all Such Right, Estate, Titel Intrest and Demand Whatever of or in or unto part of a Tract or parsel of Land Laying and beeing in annarndell County in the aforsaid provence of Maryland Begining at a Bounded Locust post Standing on the South side of a Creek called Nabbs Creek it beeing the Begining of all that Tract of Land caulled Gaithers park and Runing From the said post West North West Sixty Four perches Then North Eighty Four Degrees West Fifty Eight perches Then South West Two hundred and Seventy perches Then North Seventy Three Degrees West Twenty perches then North fifteen degrees West Sixty perches then North Fifty four Degrees West Sixty perches then North Sixty five perches then North Seventy Eight Degrees and an half Degree East Eighty perches then South Two Degrees East Thirty Two perches Then North Sixty Eight Degrees East Fourty perches then South Seventeen degrees West One hundred Sixty Six perches then North East Two hundred and Seventy perches then South Eighty four Degrees East Seventy Perches then East South East Seventy perches then North fifty three degrees and an half Degree West Eighty five perches then South Sixty Seven Degrees East Two hundred perches then South South West One hundred perches then North North West one Hundred twenty Six perches) then by a Straight Line to the Beg.g Containing and now laid out for One hundred and twenty five Acres of Land mor or Less To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses unto the said John Gaither his heirs and Assigns to the onley use and behoof of him the said John Gaither his heirs and Assigns forever, so that Neither he the said Henry Gaither Nor his heirs Shall or will any aney ways or means hear after have Claim Challenge or Demand and Estate Right Title or Interest of in or the Premises or any part or parsel thairof, Thay and Every of them shall be Utterley Excluded and barred for Ever by These Presents In Witness Whearof the said Henry Gaither hath hear unto Set his hand and affixed his seal this Twenteth Day of June Anno Domeney One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Eight Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presents of us Na Hammond J.r Henry Gaither (Seal) George C C Raitt On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t On the 20 Day of June 1768 Came the Within Named Henry Gaither Befour me the Subscriber and Acknowledged the Within Written Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises thairin mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named John Gaither and his heirs and Assigns for Ever According to the True intent and meaning of the Same and the Acts of Assembly of this Provence of Maryland in such cases maid and Provided Recorded the 20.th day of June 1768 J B Bordley 5½ sides Ex.d To all Christian people to Hoom these presents Shall Cum Know Ye that John Gaither of Annarndell County in the Provence of Maryland planter For Divours |
