(412) further Covenanted concluded and Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents for themselves and every of them their and every of their heirs that the said Recovery so as afs.d or in any other Manner to be had and Suffered of the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditaments and Premisses above Mentioned Shall be and enure and Shall be deemed Adjudged and taken and is meant and intended and by all the said Parties to these Presents is hereby declared to be and enure and the said Littleton Dennis and his heirs from and Immediately after Suffering the same Shall Stand and be Seized of all and Singular the said Messuages Tenements lands and Hereditaments above Mentioned and every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances to and for the only proper Use and behoof of Thomas Purnall son of John his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents their hands have set and seals Affixed the day and Year first above written Signed sealed & Delivered Jesse Conton (seal) In Presence of us George Hayward (Seal) Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Littleton Dennis (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t Maryland to wit Be it Remembered that on the day and Year first within written personally appeared before me the Subscriber on of his Lordship's the right Hon.rble the Lord propry's Justices of the Provincial Court all the Parties mentioned in the within Deed and Acknowledged the same Deed according to Law Before Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Sept.r 2.d 1767 Reced of Tho.s Purnall two Shillings & Eight pence Sterling Alienation fine on the within mentioned Land p John Murray R.r Recorded the 24.th day of October 1767 10 sides Ex.d This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of Decem.r in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and sixty Seven between John Bradford son & heir of John Bradford of Prince Georges County deceased of the one Part and Hugh Tomlinson of Frederick County Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Bradford for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Hugh Tomlinson before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said John Bradford Doth hereby Acknowledged & Confess himself therewith fully and Entirely Satisfied and doth by these Presents exonerate and Acquitt and discharge the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns for ever Hath given granted Bargained Aliened Sold and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant Bargain alien Sell and Confirm unto him the said Hugh Tomlinson his heirs and Assigns for Ever Part of a Tract of Land called Generosity being Part in Prince Georges and Part in Frederick County Beginning at a Spanish Oak upon the South |
