       Intents and purposes herein after limited expressed and declared and in Consideration of the
       Sum of Eighty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said George
       Hayward the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good causes and
       considerations him the said Jesse Coston in this behalf moving hath granted bargained and Sold
       remised released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain and Sell remise release
       and confirmed unto the said George Hayward his heirs and Assigns for ever all his the said
       Jesse's Right Title and interest of in and unto all that Tract of Land called Emitt's Discovery
       and also of one other Tract called Tanton both Situate in Worcester County the said Jesse's Part of the
       said Tracts being the one third part of one hundred Acres of Emitt's Discovery and the One third
       part of three hundred of the said Tract called Tanton it being the whole of the Right that discended
       unto him in tail on the Death of his Mother who was the wife of Stephen Coston late of Somerset
       County deceased  To have and to hold the said Messuages Tenements Lands and premisses
       above mentioned and every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said George
       Hayward and his heirs forever to the Intent and purpose only that the said George Hayward
       Shall and may become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Messuages Lands and premises
       and Shall and may Stand and be Seized thereof untill a good and perfect common Recovery with
       double vouchers over may be duely had Suffered and executed of the said messuages Tenements Lands
       and premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recoverys for the Assurance of Lands
       and Tenements in such cases used and accustomed  And thereupon it is covenanted concluded
       and agreed by and between all the Parties to these Presents for themselves and their and every
       of their heirs by these Presents in manner following (that is to say) that the said George Hayward
       shall and will before the End of the next or Any Succeeding Provincial Court to be held at the
       City of Annapolis permit and Suffer the said Littleton Dennis to sue forth and prosecute
       against him the said George Hayward and writt of entry Sur Disseisin en le post returnable
       before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court thereby demanding against the said Gorge
       Hayward the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditaments and premises herein before
       mentioned by such name and names number of Acres quantities qualities terms and
       descriptions in the said writt to be contained and in such manner and form as by Council learned in the
       Laws shall be Advised unto and upon which said writt of Entry so to be prosecuted and sued forth the
       said George Hayward shall Appear either in Person or by his Attorney lawfully authorized
       and vouch to warranty the sid Jesse Coston which said Jesse Coston shall Appear either in
       person or by his Attorney lawfully Authorized and enter into warranty and after his entry into
       warranty Shall vouch to warranty the Common Vouchee who Shall likewise Appear and Imparle
       and afterwards make default and depart in Contempt of the Court so that Judgment may be
       had and given thereupon for the said Littleton Dennis to recover the said Messuages Tenements
       lands hereditaments and premisses against the said George Hayward and for the said George
       Hayward to recover in value against the said Jesse Coston and for the said Jesse Coston to
       Recover in Value against the Common Vouchee to the end one perfect common Recovery with
       double Voucher may be thereupon had and Suffered and all and every othing thing and things
       be done needfull and Convenient for the having and Suffering the Same Recovery according to
       the Course of Common Recoveries in such Cases uses and accustomed And the Same Recovery
       is also to be executed by one Writt of Habere facias Seisinam accordingly And it is hereby
