       unto the said Thomas Ringgold his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next
       before the day of the date of these presents for and during and untill the full end and term of One
       Whole Year ^from^ thence next ensuing fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and purpose that
       (by force and virtue of these presents and of the Statute for transfering uses into possession) the said
       Thomas Ringgold may be in the actuall possession of the premisses and be thereby enabled
       to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and
       his Heirs for ever In Witness whereof the parties to these Presents have hereunto
       interchangeably Set their hands and seals the day and Year first above written

                 This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty first day of April in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty eight Between Daniel Lambden
       of Queen Anns County planter of the first part Thomas Ringgold of the Kent County merchant
       of the second part and James Tilghman the third of the Queen Anns County Attorney at Law
       of the third part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Lambden for and in Consideration of the sum
       of two hundred and twenty pounds current money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said
       Thomas Ringgold at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
       is hereby Acknowledged and for the docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all
       Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the said Daniel Lambdin (by & with the Advice
       and Consent of the said James Tilghman testified by his being a party to and his Sealing and
      executing these presents Hath granted bargained Sold aliened released and Confirmed and
       by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto him the said Thomas
       Ringgold (in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof
       made by him the said Daniel Lambden bearing date the day next before the Day of the
       Date of these presents for one whole year commencing from the Day next before the day of
       the date thereof and by force of the Statute for transferring uses into possession his heirs
       and Assigns All that Tract or parcell of plantable Land scituate lying and being
       in Queen Ann's County aforesaid called and known by the name of Riviving Springs
       Containing five hundred Acres of Land together with all and singular the Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters water Courses Commodities priviledges
       Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract
       or parcell of Land belonging or Appertaining or any part thereof And the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of
