       Also to Compound conclude and Agree by Arbitration or otherwise as his said Attorney Shall
       think fitt   And Genarally in and concerning the premisses to do perform and Execute all
       and whatsoever Shall be requisite as necessary as full amply and effectually to all intents
       Constructions and purposes as he the said Constituent (in the Quality aforesaid) might or could do
       if personally present With Power to Substitute one or more Attorneys under him with like or
       limited power and the same again to revoke He the said Thomas Hunt (in the Quality aforesaid)
       hereby ratifying Confirming and holding for good and valid all and whatsoever the said Lancelot
       Jacques or his Substitute or Substitutes Shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the
       premises by virtue of these presents  Thus Done and passed in London aforesaid in the presence
       of the Underwritten Witnesses

                   On the Back of the Aforegoing Letter of Attorney was thus Endorsed viz.t

                   On this Eighteenth day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty Eight personally appeared before
       me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices William Maynard and made Oath on the holy
       Evangelists of Almighty God that he saw Thomas hunt of Mile End Old Town in the County of Middlesex
       Esquire sign seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the foregoing Instrument of writing and that he
       the said William Maynard and a certain William Hayes were present at the Execution thereof
       and did thereto Subscribe their Names as witnesses

                      This Indenture made this twentieth day of April in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand Seven hundred and sixty eight Between Daniel Lambden of Queen Anns
       County planter of the one Part and Thomas Ringgold of the Kent County merchant of the other
       part Witnesseth that the same Daniel Lambden for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Five shillings Sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Thomas
       Ringgold at or before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged Hath granted bargained and Sold and by these presents doth grant bargain
       and sell unto him the said Thomas Ringgold his Executors Administrators and Assigns all
       that Tract or parcell of plantable Land scituate lying and being in Queen Anns County aforesaid
       called and known by the Name of Reviving Springs containing five  hundred Acres of Land together
       with all and Singular the Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters water Courses Commodities     
       priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or
       parcell of Land belonging or Appertaining or to any part thereof And the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof or of any part there of To have and
       to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and al land Singular the premisses with the Appurtenances
