       and for and in Consideration of the premisses and of the sum of five shillings sterling
       Money to him in Hand paid by the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock at and before
       the ensealing and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof the said Thomas Addison Junior doth
       hereby acknowledge and therefrom acquit and discharge the said Addison Murdock and
       John Murdock their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by
       these presents Hath granted bargained sold aliened released and Confirmed And by these
       presents Doth grant Bargain sell alien release and Confirm unto them the said Addison
       Murdock and John Murdock their Heirs and Assigns All the Right Title Interest property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of him the said Thomas Addison
       Junior of in and to a Tract or parcel of Land called Addisons Choise lying and being
       in Frederick County aforesaid and of in and to every part and parcel thereof Together with all
       and singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices Gardens Orchards Meadows Common Pastures
       Feedings Trees woods underwoods ways paths waters Water Courses Easements profits Commodities
       Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments whatsoever to the same belonging or in
       any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits thereof and every part and parcel thereof And also all the Estate Use
       Trust Right Title Property Claim and Demand of him the said Thomas Addison Junior of into and
       out of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part and parcel thereof with
       the Appurtenances To have and to hold one undivided Moiety of the said Tract or parcel
       of Land and the Right Title Interest and Estate of the said Thomas Addison Junior of in and
       to the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and premisses with the Appurtenances and every
       part and parcel thereof to him the said Addison Murdock his Heirs and Assigns to the
       only proper use and Behoof of the said Addison Murdock his Heirs and Assigns for
       ever And to have and to hold the other undivided Moiety of the said Tract or parcel of
       Land and the Right Title Interest and Estate of the said Thomas Addison Junior of
       in and to the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part and parcel
       thereof with the Appurtenances to him the said John Murdock his Heirs and Assigns
       forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Murdock his Heirs and Assigns
       forever as Tenants in Common and not as Jointenants and to or for no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever  And the said Thomas Addison Junior for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant Promise and Agree to and with
       the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock their Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Thomas Addison Junior and his Heirs shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter
       at the reasonable request Cost and Charge of them the said Addison Murdock and John
       Murdock their Heirs or Assigns make do Execute and acknowledge or cause or procure
       to be made done executed and acknowledged all and every further and other lawful
