(386) aforesaid Gentleman of the other part Whereas divers Controversies and disputes having arisen between the said Thomas Addison Junior Addison Murdock John Murdock and a certain William Murdock of Prince Georges County aforesaid Gentleman they the said Thomas Addison Junior Addison Murdock John Murdock and William Murdock for the final settlement thereof did submit the same to the determination of certain David Ross Charles Grahame and James Dick Gentleman and the said David Ross Charles Grahame and James Dick in pursuance of the said Submission did Award and Order (among other Things) that the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock should upon the payment of the sum of twelve hundred and sixty six Pounds one shilling and ten pence sterling on or before the eleventh Day of January seventeen hundred and sixty eight with legal Interest from the Date of the said Award by the said Thomas Addison Junior to the said William Murdock at the proper Costs and Charges of the said Thomas Addison Junior make and execute good and sufficient Deeds of Conveyance by Lease and Release for conveying unto the said Thomas Addison Junior and his Heirs all their Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of in and to a Tract or parcel of Land called Addisons Choice lying in Frederick County and of in and to every part and parcel thereof with all and singular the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any manner Appurtaining And further that in Case the said Thomas Addison Junior should refuse or Neglect to pay the said sum of Twelve hundred and sixty six Pounds one shilling and ten pence Sterling with legal Interest for the same from the Date of the said Award on or before the said eleventh Day of January seventeen hundred and sixty eight that upon such refusal or neglect the said Thomas Addison Junior should at the proper Costs and Charges of the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock make and execute good and sufficient Deeds of Conveyance by Lease and Release for Conveying unto the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock and their Heirs as Tenants in Common all his Right Title Interest property Claim and Demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of in and to the said Tract or parcel of Land called Addisons Choice and of in and to every part and parcel thereof with all and singular the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any manner Appertaining as in and by the same Award under the Hands and Seals of the said Arbitrators reference being thereunto had will appear And Whereas the said Thomas Addison Junior hath refused to pay to the said William Murdock the aforesaid sum of Money or any part Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Addison Junior in pursuance of the Award aforesaid (And) |
