(383) waters water Courses ways Easements Improvements Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever on the said several Tracts or parcels of Land being to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of the said several Tracts or parcels of Land and each of them And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust possession property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Carroll of in and to the same and each and every of them To have and to hold one undivided Moiety of the said several Tracts of Land and premisses to him the said Lancelot Jacques his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Lancelot Jacques his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And to have and to hold the other undivided Moiety of the said several Tracts of Land and premisses to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Charles Carroll for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and grant to and with the said Lancellot Jacques and Thomas Johnson Jun.r severally and respectively their several and respective Heirs Executors and Adm.rs that he the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs the said several Tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with their Rights Members and Appurtenances in undivided Moietys as aforesaid to them the said Lancelot Jacques and Thomas Johnson Jun.r respectively and their respective Heirs from and against him the said Charles Carroll and all persons claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter defend In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Chas Carroll (seal) in the Presence of Francis Fairbrother Philip Meroney Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within named Lancelot Jacques and Thomas Johnson Jun.r the within mentioned sum of two hundred and ninety Pounds Pensylvania Currency being the Consideration within mentioned to be by them paid to me Chas Carroll Witness Francis Fairbrother Philip Meroney On the 16.th Day of April 1768 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Ann Arundel County the within named Charles Carroll and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Lands Premisses and Appurtenances within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named Lancelot Jacques (and) |
