       hundred and seventy two perches South nineteen Degrees West forty perch.s South forty two
       Degrees West one hundred and fifty six perches South eighty four Degrees West forty two
       perches North eighty seven Degrees West fifty six perches North sixty two Degrees West
       ninety four perches North seventy three perches West ninety perches North seventy three
       perches East ninety perches North sixty two Degrees East ninety six perches North eighty

       or parcels of Land ^belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said two Tracts or parcels of Land^ together with the premisses and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto
       him the said Charles Worthington his heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use
       and behoof of him the said Charles Worthington his heirs and Assign and to no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Nicholas Watkins ju.r for him and his
       heirs doth hereby Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Charles
       Worthington his heirs and Assigns forever that he the said Nicholas Watkins and his
       heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times forever hereafter warrant and
       defend the said two Tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with its Appurtenances
       against all manner of persons claiming or to Claim any Right Title or Interest
       unto the aforesaid two Tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with its Appurtenances
       from by or under him the said Nicholas Watkins Ju.r and his heirs bur no further and the said
       Nicholas Watkins Ju.r doth further Covenant for himself and his heirs to and with the said
       Charles Worthington his heirs and Assigns that he the said Nicholas Watkins Ju.r and his
       heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times for ever hereafter Do make acknowledge
       suffer and Execute or cause to be made done acknowledge suffered and Executed all and every
       such further and other Act or Acts Thing or Things Assurance or Conveyance in the Law
       as by the said Charles Worthington his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the
       Law shall be from Time to Time reasonably devised or advised for the further and better
       Assurance surety and sure making of all and singular the premisses hereby bargained
       and sold or intended to be bargained and sold so that there be no other or further warrant
       contained therein than to warrant the same from the said Nicholas Watkins Ju.r and his
       heirs and all other persons claiming or to Claim any Right Title or Interest from by
       or under him the said Nicholas Watkins Ju.r and his heirs according to the true intent
