       herein after mentioned and described the payment of the said sum of Money he the said
       Richard Moale having secured before the Execution of these presents Now this
       Indenture witnesseth that they the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane
       Bourdillon and each of them for and in Consideration of the sum of two hundred Pounds
       Sterling in hand paid or secured to be paid before the Execution of these presents have and
       hath bargained and sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents do
       and each of them doth bargain and sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto him the
       aforesaid Richard Moale all that Lott portion or piece of Ground in Baltimore Town
       described reputed or known by Number fifty six situate lying and being next adjoining
       unto or near unto a certain Lott or Lotts portion or piece of Ground whereon a Distillery
       hath been and now is standing in the Tenure and Occupation or deemed or reputed to be
       in the Tenure and Occupation of Mess.rs Purviance and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders and all the profits Easments Commodities and Advantages unto the
       said hereby granted Lott portion or piece of Ground belonging and all the Estate Right title
       Interest use property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Andrew Theodore
       Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon and each and either of them both at Law and in Equity
       To have and to hold the premisses bargained and sold as aforesaid unto the said Richard
       Moale his heirs and Assigns for ever to and for his and their proper use and behoof and to
       and for none other use Intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the aforesaid
       Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon have ^have^ and each of them hath set their
       Hands and Seals hereunto by Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany their Attornies constituted
       as aforesaid the Day and Year first above said
       Signed Sealed and Delivered by Daniel Dulany            Andrew Theodore Bourdillon     (seal)
       and Walter Dulany aforesaid in the Names and on
       the Behalf of the aforesaid Andrew Theodore Bourdillon                   Jane Bourdillon      (seal)
       and Jane Bourdillon in the presence of
          D Chamier  John Clapham

          On the back of which Deed was thus Indorsed to wit

                                                                           On this twenty third Day of February 1768
       the within named Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany Esquires in pursuance and under and
       by the power and Authority of the within mentioned Letter or Instrument of Attorney did
       acknowledge the within and above Indenture and Bargain and Sale in the Names and Name
       of the within mentioned Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon and of each
       of them as and for their and each of their Act and Deed that is to say as the Act and Deed
       of the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon and of each of them according
       to the Form and effect of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided the above Acknowledgment
       made in Form aforesaid being taken by me (the said Day and Year) being one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court                          Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer

          Received Febru.y the 23.d 1768 of Richard Moale the sum of one penny Sterling for the
       use of Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Lott of Land and by virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General
