       the given Line of the Original Tract at the end of one hundred and thirty eight Perches on
       the said Line then with a Strait line to the begining Tree of the said Original Tract containing
       one hundred and twelve Acres of Land more or less together with the Houses Orchards Corn fields
       and improvements to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have and to hold the
       said one hundred and twelve Acres of Land as aforesaid with all and singular the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto her the said Margery Beall her heirs and
       Assigns for ever and the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden for themselves
       their heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Margery
       Beall her heirs and Assigns the said granted Land calld part of Snowdens Mill Land containing
       one hundred and twelve Acres as aforesaid with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto her the said Margery Beall her heirs and Assigns for ever shall and will for
       every Warrant and defend by these presents against all and every person or persons whatsoever
       Claiming or which shall Claim any right or Title to the said Land or any part or parcel thereof
       from by or under them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their heirs
       Executors and Administrators or any of them and also that the said Margery Beall her heirs
       and Assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter forever peaceably and quietly hold have use
       occupy possess and enjoy the said Land and premisses without the Lett suit trouble or disturbance
       of them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their heirs or Assigns or of
       any other person or persons whatsoever holding or claiming any right Title or Interest of in or
       to the said Land or any part or parcel thereof from by or under them the said Thomas Snowden
       Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them
       In witness whereof the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden hath
       hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above written

          Memorandum that on the 4.th Day of Ja.ry 1768 the within named Thomas Snowden Sam.l
       Snowden and John Snowden came before us whose Names are hereunto Subscrib'd and Acknowledg'd
       the within Indenture to be their Act and Deed and that the Land and premisses
       therein mentioned to be the right of the within nam'd Margery Beall her heirs and Assigns
       forever according to the true intent and meaning of the within Indenture

       Maryland Prince Georges County to wit  I hereby Certify to all whom it may or doth Concern
       LS     that Mess.rs Joshua Beall and James Crow Gent who signed the above Acknowledgment
                was at the Time of Signing the same and still are two of his Lordships the Lord
       Proprietarys Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid lawfully Authorized and Assigned
       to whom due faith is and ought to be given as well in Justice Court as thereout In Testimony
