       good Right full Power and lawful Authority to give grant bargain
       sell alien enfeoff and confirm the afs.d Land and premisses unto the said
       Jane Ayton during her Life and the afs.d Land and premisses at the Time
       of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof is free and clear of and from all and
       every former grants bargains sales Mortgages and all other Incumbrances
       whatsoever and that this present grant and sale of the said Land and
       premisses to her the said Jane Ayton During her Life shall and will
       warrant and defend of and from all manner of persons whatsoever claiming
       any right title or Interest thereunto by from or under him the said Richard
       Shipley his heirs or Assigns or by from or under him them or any of them
       and Lastly the said Richard Shipley doth covenant promise and agree
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs to and with the said Jane
       Ayton that he the said Richard Shipley and his Heirs shall and will
       from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at the reasonable request
       and at the Cost and charges in the Law of the said Jane Ayton make such
       further and other Grant and Assurance for the sure making and Confirming
       the afs.d Land and premisses unto the said Jane Ayton During her Life
       according to the True intent and meaning hereof as she shall be by her
       Council Learned be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness
       whereof the party first above named hath hereunto sett his Hand and
       affixed his seal the Day and Year above written

       Interlined before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents

       consideration for the within Land and Premisses

             Then came Before me one of his Lordships Provincial Justices for the
       Province of Maryland the within named Richard Shipley and acknowledged
       the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses
       therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of Jane Ayton During her
       Life   Taken and acknowledged before me this 4.th Day of December 1767
