             This Indenture made this                            Day of                Anno Domini seventeen
       hundred and sixty seven Between Richard Shipley of Baltimore County in the Province of
       Maryland Planter of the one part and Jane Ayton of the afsd County and Province widow
       of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Richard Shipley for and in Consideration
       of the sum of seventy Pounds sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Jane
       Ayton at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he the     
       said Richard Shipley doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully satisfied
       contented and paid and thereof and therefrom and from every part and parcel thereof
       doth fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge the said Jane Ayton
       her heirs Executors and Adm.rs by these presents hath given granted bargaind sold
       aliened enfeoffed and by these presents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Jane Ayton During her Life
       all such moiety or part of a tract of Land Called Everitts Progress lying and being
       in Baltimore County Butted and Bounded as follows Begining at the end of the seventh
       course of the affs.d Progress and runing thence South fifty two Deg.rs East forty two
       perch.s North seventy seven Deg.rs East twenty two perches South Eighty five
       Deg.rs East forty Perch.s South thirty one Deg.rs East forty six perch.s North
       seventy Deg.s East fifty three Perch.s North eleven Deg.s East thirty two perch.s
       North forty two Deg.s East thirty two perch.s North sixty five deg.s East forty perch.s  
       North three deg.s west thirty two perch.s North forty eight deg.s west twenty perch.s
       South seventy five Deg.s West thirteen perch.s South fifty five deg.s West thirty
       perch.s North forty Deg.s West sixteen perch.s North sixty two Deg.s West eighty eight
       perch.s Reversing the given line of Christopher Sewells part of said Everitts Progress
       then South thirteen Deg.s West forty perch.s South forty nine Deg.s West twenty eight
       perch.s North eighty four Deg.s west thirty six perch.s then by a streight Line to the
       first Begining Containing and laid out for one hundred and twenty five Acres of Land
       more or less together with all Rights members and Appurtenances whatsoever to
       the said Land and premisses or any part or parcel thereof belonging or in any wise
       appertaining To have and to hold the said one hundred and twenty five Acres of
       Land and premisses with all and singular their Appurtenances unto her the said
       Jane Ayton During her Life to the sold proper use and behoof of her the said Jane
       Ayton During her Life and to none other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And
       the said Richard Shipley for himself his Heirs Executors Adm.rs doth hereby
       covenant and agree to and with the said Jane Ayton that he the said Richard
       Shipley at the Time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof hath in himself
