       south thirty Degrees East seventy seven perches until it intersects the
       North seventy Degrees East sixty perch line of the original Survey and twenty
       two perches from the end of the said line then North seventy Degrees East
       twenty two perches to the end of the said Line then South eighty five
       Degrees East forty perches South thirty one Degrees East fifty six
       perches until it Intersects the North fifty six Degrs East fifty perches
       Line of the Original survey then North fifty Degrees East seventeen
       perches to the end of the said Line then North seventeen Degrees East forty
       Perches then by a streight line to the first begining Containing and
       laid out for two hundred and thirty Acres of Land more or less which said
       part or parcel of Land I give and bequeath unto my said son Richard
       Shipley his Heirs and Assigns forever and I do hereby warrant the said
       Land to him the said Richard Shipley his Heirs and Assigns forever
       from by or under me my Heirs or Assigns As Witness my Hand and
       Seal this                  Day of            in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and sixty seven

          December 4.th 1767  Memorandom Then came before us the subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named
       Adam Shipley and acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and
       Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right Estate
       and property of the within named Richard Shipley his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever according to the True intent and meaning of the within Deed of
       Gift

                                              Acknowledged Before            Geo Steuart

       1767  Decem.r 4.th Rec.d of M.r Richard Shipley the sum of nine
       shillings and three pence Sterling for the use of Lord Baltimore
       being the Alienation fine on the within Land and by virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent
       and receiver General                                          J Brice
         Recorded the 4.th Day of December 1767
