Ex.d
             This Indenture made this twenty forth Day of October in the Year
       of our Lord seventeen hundred sixty seven Between George Watts of Ann Arundel
       County Gentleman of the one part and Edward Wright of Queen Anns
       County Gentleman of the other part witnesseth that the afs.d George Watts
       for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Current Money to him in
       hand paid by the afs.d Edward at the Sealing and Delivery of these presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Hath Granted bargaind and
       sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto him the said
       Edward Wright his Executors Administrators and Assigns All that Tract
       or parcel of Plantable Land lying and being in Queen Anns County called
       Lillingstons Castle Containing five hundred Acres more or less And
       all that Tract of Plantable Land lying and being in Queen Anns County
       called Lillingstons Addition containing three hundred and fifty Acres more
       or less as by the Patents thereof granted unto the Reverend John Lillingston
       the great Grandfather of Francis Rebecca the wife of the said George Watts
       which said Tracts were devised by the said John to his Daughter Frances
       the Grand Mother of the said Frances Rebeca as by the said Patents and Will
       of the afs.d John may appear together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens
       Orchards ways waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tracts
       and parcels of Land and every of them belonging or appurtaining and the Remainder
       and Remainders Rents issues and services thereof and of every part and parcel
       thereof  To have and to hold the said Tracts and parcels of Land and every of
       them and all and singular the premisses with their and every of their Rights
       Members and Appurtenances unto the said Edward Wright his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents
       for and during and until the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence
       next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and purpose
       that by force and virtue of these presents and of the statute for transferring
       uses into possession the said Edward may be in the actual Possession of the
       premisses and of every part thereof and be thereby enabled to take and accept
       of a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him the said
       Edward and his Heirs for ever   in Witness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereto interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and Year
       first above written
