       Heirs Executors Administrat.s and Assigns forever and that the said Spencer Leego
       and Bennedict Leego is solely Rightfully and absolutely Seeased thereof and every
       part thereof in Fee simple without any manner of Condition Proviso or Limitation and
       it is the Intent and meaning of these Presents and the parties hereto that notwithstanding
       this Indenture or any thing herein Contained they the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict
       Leego their heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them shall and may
       at any time or Times before the Forfeiture of the Estate herein Contained sell and dispose
       of the same to any other Person or Persons what Ever for any sum or sums of Money
       to discharge then what shall be Due to the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster
       by virtue of this Indenture Provided such Money be Paid or securd to be Paid with
       Interest to the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster theyr heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns or any of them at or before the Time of such sale and disposiall
       in which Case the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns shall execute such Deed or Deeds as shall be judg'd reasonable
       and nessary for the Transferring the Estate Right and Title of them the said Isaac
       Webster and John Lee Webster their heirs or Assigns in or to the above Premiss unto
       the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict Leego their heirs Executors Administraitors
       or Assigns or to such person or Persons as they shall direct And the said Spencer
       Lego and Bennedict Leego and their heirs the said Estate with all and singularly
       the Appurtenances thereunto belonging free from all incumbrances whatever against
       all Persons whatsoever will warrant and defend by these preasants  In Witness
       whereof the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict Leego hath to these Preasants set
       thy hands and affixd thy.r Sealls the Day and Year above written
