       Sealed and Delivered by the said George upon the
       Lands and premisses above mentioned he having entred            Watts            (seal)
       upon them and each of them (claiming the same)
       for the purpose of sealing and Delivering the above
       Lease Declaring that to be the purpose of entering thereon
       in presence of us   (the words 'Patents &' first interlined
       & the words 'Year' first Interlined)

             This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty sixth Day of October in the
       Year of our Lord seventeen hundred sixty seven Between George Watts of Ann Arundel
       County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman and Frances Rebecca his Wife of the
       first part   Edward Wright of Queen Anns County in the Province aforesaid Gentleman
       of the second part and Solomon Wright of Queen Anns County Gentleman of the third
       part witnesseth that the aforesaid George Watts and Frances Rebecca his wife for and
       in Consideration of the sum of four hundred and forty seven Pounds Current Money
       to them in hand paid by the said Edward Wright at and before the Sealing and Delivery
       of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the docking barring
       and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and remainders thereupon expectant
       and depending of and in the said Lands Tenements and hereditaments herein after
       mentioned and for Securing the same and every part and parcel thereof to the uses here
       after mentioned they the said George Watts and Frances Rebecca by and with the Advice
       and Consent of the aforesaid Solomon Wright testified by his being a party to these
       presents and sealing and Delivering the same have Given granted bargained and
       sold aliened released and confirmed And by these presents do give grant bargain and
       sell alien release and confirm unto him the said Edward Wright in his actual
       possession now being (by virtue of a bargain and sale to him thereof made by the afs.d George
