Ex.d
          This Indenture made this 15.th Day of October one thousand seven
       hundred and sixty seven Between Spencer Leego and Benedict Leego of the
       one part and Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict Leego for and in consideration of the
       sum of Three hundred and three Pounds Pensylvania Currency in Hand Paid
       and securd to be paid unto the said Spencer Leego and Benneadict Leego the
       Receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge Hath bargained and sold unto
       the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns One hundred Acres of the Land Called Warrington where we
       now live and that to be Laid out as the said Isaac Webster and John Lee
       Webster or theyr heirs &C think best with all the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or in any wise appertaining  To have and to hold the said Lands
       and Premiss unto the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster theyr heirs
       and Assigns forever Provided allways that if the said Spencer Leego
       and Bennedict Leego theyr heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       or any of them do and shall Pay or cause to be paid unto the said Isaac Webster
       and John Lee Webster theyr heers Executors Administraitors or Assigns the
       said sum of Three hundred and three Pounds as aforesaid on or before the 10.th
       Day of Febru.a in the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight with
       Leeagall Int.t thereon that then from and immediately after the said Payment
       made this Preasant Indenture ^hereby made^ shall Cease and Determine become Void
       Frusterate and of no Effect  to all Intents and Purposies and the said Spencer
       Leego and Bennedict Leego for themselves theyr hers Executors Administrators
       or Assigns by these preasants that the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict
       Leego theyr hers Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them shall
       and will pay or cause to be paid unto the said Isaac Webster and John Lee
       Webster theyr hers Executors Administrators Assigns the said sum as
       aforesaid with Leegall Interest as aforesaid on or before the Day and Time before
       appoint.d for the Payment thereoff and the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict
       Leego for themselves their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Isaac Webster and John
       Lee Webster theyr heirs Exect.rs Administrators or Assigns by these preasants
       that the said Spencer Leego and Bennedict Leego hath good Right and Lawfully
       Authoris'd to bargain and sell the said land and Premiss with the Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging unto the said Isaac Webster and John Lee Webster theyr
