       Indenture witnesseth that the said Samuel Galloway in pursuance
       and for the performance of the said Agreement effectually to carry
       the said Partition into Execution for and in consideration of
       the sum of Ten shillings sterling money by him the said Stephen
       Watkins to him the said Samuel Galloway in hand paid at or
       before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof
       he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth acquit
       and discharge the said Stephen Watkins his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents
       Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these Presents Doth give Grant bargain
       sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Stephen
       Watkins his heirs and assigns forever  All that Part or Portion of
       him the said Stephen Watkins of and in the said three Tracts
       of Land which fell by Lot to him on the Partition aforesaid that
       is to say all that Part of the said three Tracts of Land that his
       to the northward northwestward and westward of the following
       Boundaries Lines Courses and Distances to wit Beginning at a
       White Oak bounded at the Time of the Division afs.d standing
       on a small cove on a Branch of West River where two large
       stones are planted and running thence south eighty three
       Degrees and three Quarters of a Degree west thirty nine Perches to
       a red oak bounded at the time of the said Division then north thirty
       one Degrees and one Quarter of a Degree west one hundred and
       twenty four Perches to two large Stones planted at the same Time
       then north fifty eight Degrees west one hundred and six
       Perches to an oak bounded at the same Time then north seventy
       two Degrees west one hundred and six perches to a white oak
       bounded at the same Time standing at or near a marsh on
       Rode River containing for and in the part of the said Stephen
       Watkins five hundred and six acres of Land more or Less Together
       with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways ^Waters^ Water Courses
       Timber Timber Trees Woods Underwoods Profits Commodities
       Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Part
       or Portition of the said three Tracts of Land hereby allotted granted
