       bargained and sold to the said Stephen Watkins or meant mentioned
       or intended so to be belonging or in any wise appertaining and
       the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof and
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Samuel
       Galloway of into or out of the said Premisses hereby allotted granted
       bargained and sold to him the said Stephen Watkins or meant
       mentioned or intended so to be and every or any Part or Parcell thereof
       To have and to hold the said Premisses hereby allotted granted bargained
       and sold to the said Stephen Watkins or meant mentioned or
       intended so to be with the Rights Members and appurtenances
       thereto belonging to him the said Stephen Watkins his heirs and
       assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Stephen Watkins
       his heirs and assigns for ever by him the said Stephen Watkins and
       his heirs for ever to be had and held in severalty as and for his part
       of the said three Tracts of Land and appurtenances and to or for no
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Samuel Galloway
       for himself his heirs executors and administrators doth covenant and
       grant to and with the said Stephen Watkins his heirs ex.rs administrators
       and assigns in manner and form following that is to
       say That he the said Stephen Watkins his heirs and assigns shall
       and may from henceforth forever hereafter quietly and peaceably
       have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said premisses herein
       before allotted granted bargained and sold to him or meant mentioned
       or intend so to be and the Rents Issues and profits thereof to his and
       their own use may freely take receive and have without the Let
       Suit Trouble Hindrance Denial or Demand of him the said Samuel
       Galloway his heirs or assigns or any person or persons claiming or to
       claim by from or under him them or any or either of them and that
       the said Partition Limitation & Allotment so made as aforesaid
       shall forever remain firm and valid between them the said Samuel
       Galloway and Stephen Watkins their Heirs and Assigns without
       the Impeachment of him the said Samuel Galloway his heirs or
       assigns or any claiming by him or under him them or any of them
       and further that he the said Samuel Galloway his heirs &
