(318) of the sum of two hundred and two Pounds ten shillings Current Money to them in Hand paid by the said Bennett Wheeler at or before the sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof the said John and Ralph Hoult doth hereby acknowledge and thereof & therefrom and of and from every part & Parcel thereof doth by these presents clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate & discharge the said Bennett Wheeler his Heirs Executors or Administrators for Ever Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed & confirmed and by these presents they the said John and Ralph Hoult for themselves & their Heirs Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Bennett Wheeler his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or parcel of Land lying in Saint Clements Mannor in Saint Marys County Begining at a bounded Poke hickory standing a little way from Bromley Race path and runing thence East North East one hundred and five perches to a bounded red oak of the Land where the widow of Thomas Jordan formerly lived thence binding upon said Land of Jordan South and by East one hundred Perches to a bounded White Oak of the Land formerly belonging to Humphrey Jones being the plantation where Thomas Sykes lately lived thence binding upon the Land last mentioned West South West two hundred perches to a Bounded red oak then North West binding upon the Land called Rick Neck or Maidens Bower belonging to the Descendants of Robert Slye one hundred and twenty perches to a bounded white oak thence with a streight Line to the first bounded Tree containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less together with all & singular the advantages Improvements and Appurtenances and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & profits of the same And all the Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim & demand whatsoever of them the said John and Ralph Hoult of in to or out of the premisses & Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land with the premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Bennett Wheeler his heirs & Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Bennett Wheeler his heirs and Assigns forever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John and Ralph Hoult for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators Do hereby covenant grant & agree to and with the said Bennett Wheeler his Heirs and Assigns That they the said John & Ralph Hoult & each of them their Heirs Executors or Administrators respectively the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land so as aforesaid described and Containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land with all and every its Rights Members and Appurtenances from and against them the said John & Ralph Hoult |
