       all the said parties to these presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting
       the said Recovery or Recoveries as well as these presents and the Assurance hereby
       made as also the common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner
       to be had suffered and perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed
       and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure
       to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named
       and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the said part
       of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part thereof to and
       for the only proper use and behoof of him the said James Marshall his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands
       and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above written

          On the thirtieth Day of September 1767  Came before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named John Cawood James Marshall
       and Benjamin Cawood the Son and did severally acknowledge the within Deed to be their
       respective Act and Deed to and for the uses intents and purposes within mentioned and
       the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the said
       James Marshall his Heirs and Assigns for Ever according to the True intent and
       meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided
