       unto the said Richard Henderson (in his actual Possession now being by virtue of a
       Bargain and sale to him made by the said William Edmonston by indenture dated
       the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for one whole year from the
       Day next before the Day of the Date of the same Indenture and by Force of the Statute
       for transferring uses into Possession) and to his Heirs  All that Tract or parcel of Land
       called The Gore lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid containing
       one hundred and seventy nine Acres more or less  Also all that other Tract or
       parcel of Land called The Addition to the Gore lying and being in Prince Georges
       County aforesaid the same being part of a greater Tract of Land called the Meadows
       Begining for the said part at the End of the South South East line of the said Tract
       called the Meadows and runing thence North sixty three Degrees East seventy eight
       Perches North eighty two Degrees East eighty six Perches East fifty perches south
       South West one hundred and twenty seven Perches then with a streight Line to the
       Begining containing Sixty three Acres of Land more or less  Together with all Houses
       Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods Underwoods ways waters water Courses
       Commodities Priviledges Advantages Improvements and Appurtenances whatsoever
       thereto or to either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and profits of all and singular
       the same premisses and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand of him the said William
       Edmonston of in to or out of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances or any part or parcel
       thereof in any wise howsoever  To have and to hold the said Lands and all and
       singular other the premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby released
       with their Appurtenances unto the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns to
       the use and behoof of him the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       Yet Nevertheless to the intent that by virtue of the said mentioned Indenture of
       Bargain and sale and of these presents he the said Richard Henderson may be and
       become a good and perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold and Inheritance of all
       and singular the said hereby released premisses with their Appurtenances against
       whom a common Recovery may be had perfected and executed in such manner as is
       herein after mentioned And for that purpose it is hereby covenanted concluded and
       agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that before the end of
       October Provincial Term next ensuing the Date of these presents at the proper Costs
       and charges of the said Richard Henderson one Writ of Entry sur Disseisin en le post
       shall or may be brought commenced and prosecuted returnable before the Justices of the
