       of the sum of fifty pounds sterling lawfull money of Great Britain
       to him in hand paid by the said Stephen West the receipt whereof
       the said Roger Boyce doth hereby acknowledge He the said Roger
       Boyce Hath granted bargained and sold aliened and confirmed
       and by these presents Doth grant bargain and sell alien and Confirm
       unto the said Stephen West his heirs and assigns forever all
       that part of a Tract or parcell of Land called the Exchange scituate
       lying and being in Lyons Creek hundred in Calvert
       County heretofore purchased by Roger Boyce of Calvert County Innholder
       of a certain William Graves and conveyd by him to the said Last
       mentioned Roger Boyce on the fourteenth Day of October in the year
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven containing
       one hundred and fifty acres of plantable Land lying and being
       in Calvert County aforesaid and also one other Tract or Parcell of
       Land heretofore supposed to be purchased by the said Roger Boyce
       Innholder of a Certain John Williams lying and being near Lyons
       Creek in Calvert County aforesaid with all and singular the Appurtenances
       and also all Lands Trees Commons of Pasture Profits Commodities
       Advantages Hereditaments ways waters and appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Parts or Parcells of plantable Land above mentioned
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and also the Reversion and
       reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and services of the said
       Premisses and of ever part thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Roger
       Boyce of in and to the said Parts or Parcells of Land aforesaid
       and every part thereof To have and To hold the said Parts or Parcells
       of plantable Land aforesaid and all and singular the Premisses
       abovementioned and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
       unto the said Stephen West his heirs and assigns
       to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Stephen West his heirs
       and Assigns forever And the said Roger Boyce for himself his
       heirs Executors and Administrators from every Incumbrance
       whatsoever the said Part or Parcells of plantable Land aforesaid
