       time appointed for the said Sale and on the said twenty sixth day of February
       last the said James Dick as Trustee aforesaid did in the said premisses
       agreeable to the said public notice before given set up and expose to sale by
       way of Publick Vendue all the before mentioned Lands with the appurtenances
       at which said Sale the said he William Brogden was the best and highest
       Bidder thereof at and for the price and sum of four hundred eighty two Pound
       Sterling  Now This Indenture Wittnesseth that the said James Dick
       for and in Consideration of the premisses and the said sum of four hundred
       eighty two Pound Sterling to him in hand paid by the said William Brogden on
       or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth
       hereby Acknowledge and Execution of the said trust Hath Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Released Conveyed and made over and by these presents Doth
       Grant Bargain sell Alien Release convey and make over unto him the said
       William Brogden his heirs and Assigns forever All the two before mentioned
       Tracts pieces or parcels of Land together with all the Appurtenances thereto
       belonging and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
       Issues and profitts of them and each of them and all the Estate right title
       interest use trust property claim and demand of him the said James Dick of in
       to or out of the said Tracts pieces or parcels of Land with their and each of their
       Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tracts pieces or parcels of Land
       with their and each of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the
       said William Brogden his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof
       of him the said William Brogden his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for
       no other intent or purpose whatsoever  And it is hereby Covenanted Granted
       and agreed by and between the said parties hereto for themselves their heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively that he the said James
       Dick and his heirs the said Tracts pieces or parcels of land with their and each
       of their Appurtenances unto him the said William Brogden his heirs and Assigns
       against him the said James Dick and his Heirs and all persons claiming or
       to Claim by from or under him or them shall and will warrant and for ever
       Defend
