       Cost of suit in both the said Actions after satisfying the purposes
       mentioned in the said recited Deed and he Agreed Ordered and appointed
       that the said James Dick should sell receive and pay for and in
       satisfaction of what was by the said Instrument in writing charged on the
       premisses as if the said Principal Interest and Costs aforesaid had
       been particularly mentioned in the said recited Deed to be paid and
       Discharged by sale of the said premisses in the next place after the
       purposes mentioned in the said Deed were satisfied and answered
       And afterwards the said Samuel Chapman by another writing under
       his hand and Seal dated on or about the seventeenth day of September
       seventeen hundred and sixty six in the next place after satisfying the
       Debts before appointed to be paid out of the Lands and Chattles
       aforesaid did thereby appoint and direct that the said James Dick
       should pay to Charles Carroll Esq.r of Annapolis or his Order ninety
       Pounds ten shillings and three pence three farthings  Sterling being
       the principal and Interest then due to the said Charles Carroll on
       his Bond with John Ijams as his security on or about the twenty
       fifth day of November seventeen hundred and fifty five and he did
       thereby subject and charge the said Trust Premises with and for the
       payment of the same sum of Money as in and by the said Indenture or
       Deed of Bargain and Sale and two Instruments of writing amongst
       other things may more fully appear  And Whereas the said several
       sums of Money or any or either of them or any part of either of them or
       the Interest thereon or any part thereof were not paid by the said Samuel
       Chapman wherefore he the said James Dick in pursuance of the Trust
       and Confidence aforesaid Advertised all the said lands and Slaves to
       be sold at Public Vendue on the Premisses on the twenty sixth day
       of February last which Advertisement was constantly inserted in the
       Maryland Gazettee week after week for five weeks next before the
