       Satisfaction and Discharge of the said sums of Money due to him the
       said James Dick, Anne Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman
       John Brice Esq.r Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and Interest thereon or of such
       sum of sums of Money as should be then due to the said James Dick, Anne
       Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman John Brice Esq.r and Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r rateably and in proportion to the sums that should be then due
       to them respectively and in case more Money should arise by such Sale as aforesaid
       or should be actually received by the said James Dick his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns then should be sufficient to pay satisfy and discharge
       the said Cost Charges and Expences and also the said Debts and Interest
       that then the said Ballance or Surplus thereof to be paid and delivered over
       to the said Samuel Chapman his Executors Administrators or Assigns
       and whereas afterwards the said Samuel Chapman by a writing under his
       hand and seal indorsed on the back of the said Indenture of Bargain and
       Sale and dated on or about the twenty ninth day of July seventeen hundred and
       sixty six recited  That he the said Samuel Chapman was and stood indebted
       to the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker Esq.r in the sum of fifty Pound Sterling
       principall Money upon a Bond dated the twentyeth day of March Seventeen
       hundred and fifty nine besides Interest thereon due over and above what
       was mentioned in the said Deed of Bargain and Sale upon which last
       mentioned Bond as well as the one mentioned in the said Deed of Bargain
       and Sale suits had been brought in the Provincial Court for securing of
       the payment of the Principal Money and Interest on the above mentioned
       Bond dated the twentyeth day of March seventeen hundred and fifty nine  And
       the said Benjamin Taskers Cost of Suit in both the before mentioned Actions
       He the said Samuel Chapman did thereby Covenant Grant and Agreed that
       the Trust Premises mentioned in the said recited Deed of Bargain and sale
       should be and were thereby charged with the payment of the principal and
       Interest due or to grow due on the said last mentioned Bond and the Plaintiffs
