       Each and every part and parcel thereof and he the said Samuel
       Chapman for the purpose and for and upon the Consideration
       aforesaid did by the said Indenture also give grant Bargain sell
       and deliver unto him the said James Dick his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns all and each and every of the Slaves of
       him the said Samuel Chapman in the said Indenture named
       together with their Increase To have and to hold the said two
       Tracts pieces or parcels of Land and every part and parcell of them
       with their and each and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances to him the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns
       And to have and to hold the said Negroe Slaves to him the said
       James Dick his Executors Administrators and Assigns in and
       upon the Trust and Confidence Nevertheless that the said
       James Dick his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       should and would as soon as Conveniently might be after the ninth
       day of July next but not before and also after convenient publick
       notice thereof set up and oppose to sale by way of Publick vendue
       on the premisses or at Annapolis all the said Lands and slaves
       or such part thereof as might be necessary in such proportions or
       parts as he the said James Dick his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns should think proper the same Lands & Slaves or any
       part thereof so set up at vendue ^to^ sell and the same so sold to deliver
       make over and Convey to the respective Purchaser or Purchasers
       thereof and the Monies arising from such sale & Conveyance to receive
       and after the receipt thereof the same Monies to apply in the first
       place to the payment Satisfaction and discharge of all Costs Charges
       and Expences that the said James Dick his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns had been or should be put by the Creation
       or Execution of that Trust and the residue thereof should retain in
       his own hands and pay and Delivery over in or towards payment
