       pence Sterling by Bond dated the twenty second day of November seventeen hundred
       and sixty three with Interest from that date.  To Ann Chapman Executrix of the
       late William Chapman in the sum of one hundred and eighty seven Pound sterling
       by Bond dated the thirteenth day of April seventeen hundred sixty three with Interest
       from that date.  To John Brice Esq.r now deceased in the sum of one hundred and
       eighty Pound sterling by Bond dated the eighteenth day of October seventeen hundred
       and sixty four with Interest from that date and to Benjamin Tasker Esq.r in the
       sum of sixty eight Pounds eleven shillings and six pence sterling by Bond dated
       the twenty ninth of February seventeen hundred and sixty four with Interest from that
       date he the said Samuel Chapman for Securing the payment of the said several sums
       of Money to the said James Dick, Anne Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman
       John Brice Esq.r and Benjamin Tasker Esq.r respectively with Interest thereon from
       the dates of their severall Bonds until payment and in Consideration of five shillings
       Sterling Money by him the said James Dick to the said Samuel Chapman in hand paid
       at or before the sealing and delivery of the said Indenture the receipt thereof he did
       thereby acknowledge did by the same Indenture Give Grant Bargain sell Alien Release
       Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns for ever
       All that Tract of Land called Rowedown Security Containing about eight
       hundred and one Acres more or less and also all that other Tract of Land Called
       Rothery Containing about sixty five Acres more or less both being and lying
       in Ann Arundell County near Queen Anne together with all Houses Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Ways Woods under Woods Waters Water Courses profits previledges
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tracts pieces or parcells of
       Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of the same Tracts
       pieces or parcells of Land and each of them and every part and parcel thereof
       and all the Estate right title Interest use Possession property Claim
       and demand whatsoever of him the said Samuel Chapman of in to or
       out of the said Tracts pieces or parcels of Land and each of them and
