       equally by his said Executors divided between his Aunt Coutts his Aunt Bordley
       (Wife of Stephen Bordley) and Cousin John Carvill Jun.r share and share alike
       and afterwards the said James Harris died and the said Will was by the said Executors
       proved by three Subscribing Witnesses in due form of Law & yet remains in
       full force & vigor unrevoked or repealed and Whereas the said Thomas Ringgold &
       W.m Ringgold in pursuance of the said will afterwards for the Consideration of the sum
       of £800 Current Money sold the said Lands so devised or directed to be sold to the
       said John Beal Bordley & his heirs by & with the consent & full approbation of the
       said Coutts Bordley and Carvill to whom the Money thereon arising were as afs.d
       to be Distributed Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas
       Ringgold & W.m Ringgold in consideration of the Premisses and of the said eight hundred
       Pounds Current Money to them in hand paid by the said John Beal Bordley the receipt
       whereof they hereby acknowledge & themselves to be therewith fully satisfield and him
       the said John Beal Bordley do therefrom release and acquit Have Bargained sold
       Aliened released & Confirmed and by these presents they the said Thomas Ringgold
       & W.m Ringgold do hereby in pursuance & by virtue of the said will bargain & sell
       alien release & confirm unto the said John Beal Bordley & his heirs all those the Lands
       aforesaid (not otherwise by the said Last Will and Testament of the said James Harris
       devised) and all the Estate Right trust use property claim & demand whatsoever
       of them the said Thomas Ringgold & W.m Ringgold or either of them of in or to the
       same & every part thereof with the Appurtenances & Advantages thereto in any way
       belonging or appertaining To have and to hold the said hereby bargained & sold Land
       & premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said John Beal Bordley & his heirs
       & Assigns to & for the only proper use & behoof of the said John Beal Bordley his
       heirs & Assigns for ever & to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the
       said Tho.s Ringgold & W.m Ringgold or themselves & their respective heirs Covenant
       & grant to & with the said John Beal Bordley & his heirs & Assigns that they
       shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter at the reasonable
       request cost & charges of the said John Beal Bordley his heirs or Assigns do
       & suffer or cause to be done & suffered any and every other or further Act or Acts
       thing or things for the further & more perfect Assuring & conveying to the said
       John Beal Bordley his heirs & Assigns all & singular the said Lands by the said
       will so as af.d devised or Directed to be sold or hereby ment or mentioned so to be
       as they shall by the said John Beal Bordley or his Council learned in the
       Law be reasonably devised or required
