(280) Cases Accustomed and further in the Name and behalf of the said Frederick Lord Baltimore to do and Execute all and every such further and other Acts matters and things whatsoever which shall or may be requisite for rendring this presents & the said Indentures of Lease and Release most Valid and Effectual to and for the several ends intents and purposes before mentioned according to the Tenor and the true intent & meaning as well of the said Recited Indentures as of these presents as as fully and effectually as if the said Frederick Lord Baltimore was present & did the same in his own proper person he the said Frederick Lord Baltimore hereby Ratifying and Confirming whatsoever acts and things his said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the same Premisses In Witness whereof I the said Frederick Lord Baltimore have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven Sealed and Delivered (being first duly Stampt) F Baltimore (seal) in the presence of Hugh Hamersley Giles Hitchcock Recorded the 23.d day of July 1767 3½ sides Ex.d This Indenture made the 26.th Day of June in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty seven Between Thomas Ringgold and William Ringgold of Chester Town in Kent County in Maryland Executors of the Testament and last will of James Harris late of the said County Deceased of the one part and John Beal Bordley of Baltimore County of the other part Whereas the said James Harris by his said Last Will and Testament did direct or impower his aforesaid Executors to sell & dispose of his Lands not otherwise devised by the said Will and that the Money arising from the sales af.d should be (equally) |
